Engaging Snowflakes
You're on a car ride back home from a date with your girlfriend. It's dark, it snows and you can hear the wind howling quietly as the car plows through the snowflakes.
What would be a better way to spend such an atmospheric winter night than talking this and that with the girl you love? Actually, maybe there is something that could make it even better...
Features
- Lesbian romance
- Immersive graphics
- Atmospheric music
- Amateur voice acting
- About half an hour long
- Lossless original soundtrack ($2+)
- Stylish 8-page supporter magazine ($2+)
Characters
Rainn
She's your girlfriend. She's literally cursed as it rains wherever she goes. She can be a bit of a worrywart at times, but it mostly comes from a good place. She's always nice to you, but especially so today, for some reason.
Skye
You're Rainn's girlfriend. You're relaxed and easy-going, like to talk your mind and enjoy bad puns more than you should. You try to cheer up and encourage Rainn because you know she needs it from time to time.
Mio-chan
Oh, and we also had this spunky anime girl in our car, somehow. I wonder what she's up to.
Supporter Extras
If you pay $2 or more, you also get a stylish 8-page supporter magazine and the original soundtrack.
The supporter magazine contains my thoughts on the game, details about development, extra character lore, high-quality pictures and an exclusive 4-panel comic.
The original soundtrack contains the music of the game in lossless FLAC format. There are 4 tracks with about 9 minutes of music total, all composed by me.
Making this game was quite a struggle, and my finances are kind of in shambles too, so any support would be most appreciated. But only if you can comfortably afford it!
System Requirements
For the best experience, you need a graphics card and drivers that support Vulkan. Older cards that support at least semi-recent OpenGL versions should work too, but some of the graphical effect will be missing. The browser version also only supports limited graphical effects.
Controls
You can play with gamepad, keyboard, mouse or touch controls. For details and alternative bindings, see the Help menu in-game.
- Keyboard: WASD to look around, Enter to advance dialog
- Gamepad: Left stick to look around, button to advance
- Mouse/Touch: Drag to look around, click to advance

Short and sweet. Realistic dialogue. Very gay. Only the voice acting needs work. <3
Thank you! Yeah, this was a tough game to solo voice act as my first thing ever, and it definitely shows. But I'll keep practicing and hopefully do better next time.
I hadn't played the previous one, so I continued to play it!
The last one was nice to enjoy the interaction with the aggressive Skye!
And this one, Engaging Snowflakes, was beautiful and sweet.
The overall atmosphere of the game was outstanding and wonderful, and the conversations were fun, but even when they weren't, I really enjoyed the reflections of their faces in the window, and the way you could feel Rainn's slightly anxious state of mind before the conversation, when they were looking at the Northern Lights!
It was as if you could feel her heart beating.
I liked how Mio-chan, who is very good at using characteristic anime lines, was also cheering them on during the important scenes, meow~!
And I recorded the play, but at the very end I skipped it because of a series of clicks due to an auxiliary tool I had included.
I replayed it after that, listened to the conversation of the options I hadn't heard, and played through to the end! It was soooo good!
Thank you for playing, for the video and for the kind words! The video was a fun watch. I'm glad I got over my anxiety and managed to watch it. 可愛かった!I'm sorry about the bugs and inconveniences! I'll make sure to add an autosave feature to any future games of the same kind. In hindsight, it would make a lot of sense to have it.
It was really sweet and awesome!
As for the save, don't worry about it! It was my fault for my mistake.
And I'm glad I redid it and saw the scenes I missed before I got to the ending, meow~!
SO SWEET
Love this! The mountain wilderness, the snow, the trees, the magical night, and the gay road trip are all super good stuff. I'm actually quite obsessed with this kind of setting :D
Well crafted game, with attention to detail. Various character expressions and little animations, reflections in the windshield, driver's movements are synchronized with the actual road, etc. adds atmosphere and coziness.
I like how the story is made, it's a fluffy and moody adventure, there is a bit of dramatic side under the surface if you think about it, but it doesn't rub it in much, but it definitely has some depth, which is very welcome.
And realtime 3D is pretty rare for VNs. It's so awesome and immersive :D
Aww, thank you for the kind words! 😮
