Gamepad binding support

Fixed the game crashing with some not well supported gamepads
Added a GUI for configuring gamepad bindings
Gas and brake can be bound to buttons to allow the game to be played with controllers than don't have shoulder triggers
Use the fancy version number support provided by Itch
