Fixed bugs and added a better ending animation

- Fixed chat bubbles speeding through way too fast under certain conditions.
- Tried to make the Windows launcher a bit more robust.
- Made the ending animation a bit fancier.
- Lots of code cleanup that hopefully didn't break anything.
