More fabulous map tiles and random improvements

- Made the map tiles more fabulous.
- Added a night sky effect to the goal.
- Spacebar can be used for speeding up dialogue.
- Fixed two dialogue lines being said by the wrong character.
- Fixed the CPU rarely getting stuck on platform edges if blocked by a lift.
- Slightly better timing logic for idle dialogue.
